Katelyn Tuohy and Kelsey Chmiel 1st and 2nd Place Women's 6K Championship Race - Nuttycombe Wisconsin Cross Country Invitational 2022

Katelyn Tuohy, a sophomore, and junior Kelsey Chmiel took the top two spots in the women's 6-kilometer championship race at the 13th Nuttycombe Wisconsin Cross Country Invitational at the Thomas Zimmer Championship course in Madison. Tuohy became the first North Carolina State female athlete to win the individual crown, clocking 19:44.3, and Chmiel took runner-up for the second year in a row by running 19:49.4. North Carolina State prevailed on a head-to-head tiebreaker with New Mexico after both teams produced 80 points. The Wolfpack secured advantages at the first, second and fourth positions to earn its first team title in meet history. More videos
